After two decades in the corporate sector, Noel Lee established McKell Risk Assurance in 2016, later growing the brand through McKell Risk Management Pte Ltd, which Noel co-founded with the partners from a Public Accounting Corporation in 2017.

Following a 2025 strategic pivot and the spin-off of its IT audit-focused arm, Dedomena Technologies, the two firms have returned to their boutique foundations.
